Signing an agreement

There is little doubt that product or network failure has an adverse effect on business operations, so to give our customers reassurance of minimum possible disruption, at Network 24 we offer a full 12 month warranty on all products.  This helps us to meet our objective of providing clients with competitive advantage through their network.   Should a Network 24 product fail under warranty, we will take full responsibility for the failed part.

In the event that the customer wishes to purchase an option to extend a warranty for 1, 3 or 5 years, this can be arranged prior to the warranty expiry date through the client account manager.

Network 24’s warranties and returns are subject to our standard terms and conditions  and associated policies and procedures, where accounts are up to date.

Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) Procedure

Our experience is that the majority of faults are resolved by our highly qualified engineers, so avoiding the need for an RMA. In the event of product failure, please contact our technical engineers on 0118 960 2525 to discuss how to ensure the most expedient resolution. 

In the event that an RMA is warranted, an RMA request form will be required in order to validate the product's warranty period. Please fax this back to 0118 970 6835, and upon successful validation, our RMA department will email a returns label which must be attached to the outside of the returns packaging.

We undertake vigorous quality testing and either return the product, complete with the quality testing report, or will arrange for despatch of a replacement part.
